Hi,
May I know what are the methods(either commandline or external software) in which I can dump out an image of the Suns Solaris 10 server I've installed? Alternatively, performing a full backup (including system configurations) of the server.
I've tried Acronis but it doesn't work.
Urgently need help as my side is going through a migration soon.. =(
regards

hi,
you can use flarcreate to do that. Check http://it.toolbox.com/wiki/index.php/Install_Solaris_from_flash_archive for a complete example of backup/restore
