AHCI SATA device not recognized, ahci_port_reset failure

Hi!
Im having problems recognizing my sata drives connected to an
onboard Jmicron 363 SATA controller.

specifically im getting the error:
WARNING: ahci0: ahci_port_reset port 0 the device hardware has been initialized and the power-up diagnostics failed

Motherboard is Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe.
Nvidia SATA controller works just fine on this board with opensolaris

Im Running Opensolaris 1002 build 118
