[edu-discuss] Tech Days Pages Finalized

hey ...
I rebuilt the Sun Tech Days pages in Advocacy today and consolidated 34 pages into 2. Many of the pages and most of the links were broken, a bunch of stuff was just missing, and what was left was not migrating that well. All we really need is a basic archive of speakers and the presentations, so I took out all the tables and graphics and broken stuff and just started over. Plus, we don't need 34 pages gumming up the left nav. Simple lists work best. There were about 120 attachments that had to be downloaded and uploaded and re-linked, so I'm sure I missed a few. I'll check and clean up from time to time. I'll delete the old pages when I know I have all the links right and after Wednesday's migration. Anyway, here they are:

By the way, I am getting mail with corrections to these two pages. Excellent. Thanks. Also, you will notice that there are presentations missing (the no link is the hint) from the pages. If you presented and are listed and have your preso, send it to me so I can get up there.
And there are some missing presos on this page:

Same deal. If you have your stuff and wanted it linked and stored on the site, send it along.
Cleaning up a lot of the Advocacy pages has made it very clear that we have a significant amount of archival material here -- and that doesn't even include all the stuff in each OSUG space. Good deal.
Jim
