[osol-announce] Community Simplification: Two More Votes

As part of the community simplification process, the OGB today voted to approve the Group Creation Process and the Membership Process. The Roles & Groups Proposal was approved a few weeks ago. These processes are not live yet. The next stage of the reorg will involve discussions around implementation.
